Yes, always. Every engagement begins with a signed service agreement covering scope, deliverables, payment terms, and intellectual property transfer. NDAs are standard and provided before any technical discussions begin.
You do, fully. All intellectual property created during the engagement transfers to the client upon final payment. We retain no rights to your product, codebase, or any derivative work. This is explicit in every contract we sign.
We work on a fixed-scope basis for well-defined projects, or on a monthly retainer for ongoing product development. Rates are shared during the initial scoping call after we understand the project. We don't publish rates because every engagement is different — but we're always transparent and there are no hidden fees.
A focused MVP typically takes 6 to 10 weeks. A full product build with backend, mobile, and web surfaces takes 3 to 6 months. Legacy system modernisation depends heavily on the existing codebase. We give honest timelines upfront — and we keep them.
